With 12 years of experience in the higher education sector, Puja brings dedicated expertise to her role. She has served as the College Advisor at The Shriram Millennium School, where she lead the Career Advisory Department across Noida, Faridabad, and Gurugram.

Additionally., Puja led to the establishment of the College Counseling Department at G D Goenka Public School and co-founded EdWisery College Counseling (2018–2024). She has been a student mentor and guidance counselor for the past 12 years, helping students gain admission to their best-fit Indian, US, UK, Europe & Canadian Universities.
